We heard from several members they had delays in receiving The Prospector Volume 16, Issue 4 in the mail when they expected it.  Some reported getting it 3 or 4 weeks after we announced it was mailed out.

We discovered significant postal delivery delays with the USPS bulking mailing of 16-4 Prospector for both foreign and domestic members during the high postal volumes of the holiday window between Thanksgiving and Christmas in the US. The decision was made to shift our publication schedule moving forward a month to avoid a future Prospector distribution from landing in that time frame.

• The new quarterly publication schedule for The Prospector is now: January, April, July and October.
• The Green Light will be published: February, March, May, June, August, September, November, December
