The information presented in these tables was transcribed from carbon copies of hand-written entries made on D&RGW Form 3500, Car Inspectors Record. In some cases, the original information was nearly illegible, due primarily to the fact that the writer did not press hard enough to make a distinct impression on the carbon paper. In places where I was uncertain, I have inserted a question mark (?) in the tables.
