The Rio Grande Modeling & Historical Society (RGM&HS) operates the RGMHS Company Store to support our nonprofit mission. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary due to volunteer availability, conventions, or holidays. You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and when it ships.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders unless otherwise noted. Shipping costs are included in product pricing. Orders are shipped via USPS. RGM&HS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Refunds & Returns
Refund requests must be received within 14 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to the purchase price. Returned items must be in original condition. Digital products are non‑refundable. Refund requests may be mailed to:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days and include your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
Membership Purchases
Memberships are non‑refundable once activated. Memberships are delivered digitally and do not require shipping. Renewal reminders are sent via email.
Pre‑Orders & Backorders
Pre‑order items ship when available. Estimated ship dates may change. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may ship separately.
Sales Tax
RGM&HS does not currently collect sales tax on website purchases. If tax collection becomes required, checkout and this policy will be updated.

Personal information is used only to process your order. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
